- agreements in banking and insurance trading
- civil law protection of constitutional freedoms and rights in terms of accountability of public authorities and the legal status of the consumer
- functioning of arbitration courts in Poland as a dispute resolution alternative to state judiciary
- the satisfying of the creditor by depositing the object of performance with the court
