Credit and Collections Analyst English Speaker (Late Shift)

Job Description

In the role of Credit and Collections Analyst you will be responsible for issuing payment requests when invoices for the client become overdue.


Key responsibilities

  • Daily contact with the Client and Vendors via phone and email
  • Manage portfolio of customers and collecting accounts receivable balances
  • Regular status update of credit and collections activities
  • Answer queries on invoices and  payments in a professional and timely manner
  • Handle day-to-day activities and cooperate closely with other team members

Candidate Profile

  • Excellent knowledge of English (C1) is a must
  • Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing with internal customers and the Client in a professional manner
  • Customer oriented
  • Ability to multitask and work towards meeting deadlines
  • Working knowledge of MS Office tools (especially Excel)
  • Full time availability
  • Readiness to work in late shift hours
