  • Query management & disputes resolution
  • Interacting with Client's various parties & entities
  • Building & maintaining relationship with assigned Customers & representatives

Candidate Profile

  • Fluent German and very good English is required
  • Multitasking & meeting deadlines
  • Customer service skills
  • Educational background and professional experience are not required
