FIELDS OF RESEARCH

The Chair of History of Spirituality studies the works of the spiritual lives of various confessions in Europe and in Poland, whose fruits are among others the multi-volume monograph of Fr. Prof. J. Misiurek Historia i teologia polskiej duchowości katolickiej (History and Theology of Polish Catholic Spirituality).

In recent times, the center of attention for the academic workers of the Chair was the figure of the beatified Poles from the period of the II World War, as well as the spirituality of the Resurrectionists, Alberionian and the spirituality of Bl. Elizabeth of the Holy Trinity.
