Department of Public Management and Administrative Law

 

 

The Department was established on the 1 st october 2015. The founder and a first Head of the Department is Jan Mariusz Izdebski Hab. PhD. The emploees of the Department :Rev. Tadeusz Stanisławski, Rafał Sura, Hab. PhD prof. KUL and Dr Piotr Zacharczuk.

 

Jan Mariusz Izdebski Hab. PhD is a member of the Supervisory Board of a Industrial Developpement Agency. Moreover, he is an expert of the Polish Accreditation Committee in the scope of Social Science in terms of Social and Legal Sciences

 

Rev. Tadeusz Stanisławski, Hab. PhD is a member of the Diocesan Council to the 
economics affaires in the Diocese of Zielona Gora-Gorzow, an advocate of the bishop's
court, professor of the religious law at the Clerical Seminary. In addition,
Rev. Tadeusz
Stanisławski
is an expert of the Polish Accreditation Committee, a member of the
Steering Committee within the scientific network "Polish scientific network -
Research and development works for the implementation of a sustainable development"
and a member of the Research Team in the Research Center ADR - "Law and Economy".
Rafał Sura, Hab. PhD prof. KUL, is the judge of the Tribunal of the State, the term of
office 2015-2019. In addition, Professor Rafal Sura is a legal advisor at the District
Chamber of Legal Advisers in Rzeszów.
Piotr Zacharczuk PhD is a legal adviser at the
District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Warsaw. In 2006. Doctor Piotr Zacharczuk he
was a member of the Board of the Lublin Coal "Bogdanka" S. A. In addition, Doctor
Piotr Zacharczuk is a member of the Research Team in the Research Center ADR -
"Law and Economy".
Researches and research perspectives The personnel of the Department continue the research on the legal conditions of public
administration and public management, started before the creation of the Department.
Department of Public Management and Administrative Law plans to start the research
projects, grants and scientific conferences concerning issues of substantive
administrative law, including in particular the issues of administrative status of persons
with disabilities of hearing and speech, public management, and related to the legal
status of regulated professions.
Research carried out by the peronnel of the Department
relate to important issues concerning discipline of administrative law in a wide context and
issues of organization and man agement in public administration. In particular, the research
areas concerns special zones in the regulations of administrative law, public management and
issues concerning protection of cultural goods.
Cooperation with other research centers in the country and abroad International
Cooperation of the Institute of Administration, including the Department, relies
primarily on educational cooperation within the framework of the Erasmus program.
The students and academics exchange concerned, among others, the following
universities: University in Joensuu (Finland), University in Orlean (France), Radboud
University Nijmegen (Holand), University of Ljublijana (Slovenia),

Achievements Among the achievements of each of the employees an attention
desserves awarded medals as well as awards and distinctions. Professor Jan Izdebski
and Professor Tadeusz Stanisławski received the Bronze Cross of Merit for Long Service.
Internships, scholarships, projects In 2009 Professor Rafal Sura was the winner of the scholarship of the Society of Friends
of KUL in London. In addition, from 2015 Professor Rafal Sura is an employee of the
Faculty of Law of the Lesya Ukrainka
Eastern European National University in Lutsk.
Conferences Department of Public Management and Administrative Law plans to organize the
scientific conferences on administrative status of people with hearing and speech
disabilities, public management, and related to the legal status of regulated professions.
