HOW CAN I BOOK A ROOM IN THE PRIVATE DORMITORY / UNIVERSITY DORMITORY?

 

You should contact our Erasmus Office as soon as possible. Any requests concerning accommodation reported after 20th of May (for the first semester or the whole year) and after 30th November (for the second semester) might not be met due to a limited number of vacancies.

WHEN CAN I MOVE IN?

 

Private dormitory: You can move into your room from September 27 (Tuesday), between 9:00 am and 3:00 pm – during this time the administrator will be in the office so you can meet him and sign the agreement.

 

WHAT IF I ARRIVE EARLIER?

 

If you arrive earlier, you can also move into your room, Monday–Friday between 9:00 am and 3:00 pm. You will be charged 25 PLN (approx. 6 EUR) per each day before September 27. In case you arrive in the evening and you need accomodation for the night, below you will find links to some hostels:

WHAT IS IN THE ROOM (PRIVATE DORMITORY)? WHAT DO I NEED TO BUY?


In the room you will find a standard single bed, a wardrobe, a desk and a chair. You have to have your own bedclothes (a sheet, a pillow with cover and a duvet with cover) and kitchen equipment like pots or plates. You don’t have to take everything with you, as you can buy bedclothes and kitchen equipment in any supermarket in Lublin (there is one close to the dormitory, it’s called E. Leclerc).
