Expenses to be reckoned with
- No conference fee is charged.
- The organizers' objective is to secure enough funds to be able to cover participants' living expenses during the conference (accommodation at university hotels, meals); if this attempt fails, however, the organizers will inform you in due time.
- Regretfully, the organizers will not be able to refund the costs of participants' travel to and from the conference venue.
