Requirement

We are looking for freshers and experienced people for Technical support, Technical troubleshooting. Technical Help desk or customer service experience is welcome but not mandatory.

 

Responsibilities

  • Provide hardware / software / network problem diagnosis / resolution via telephone for customer’s end users.
  • Route problems to internal I.M. support staff.
  • Administer and provide User Access and Exit controls.
  • Technical & customer specific training will be provided.
