Our Client is a well-known Company with very stable position on the market (based in Warsaw). Due to growth of SSC’s structure, we are looking for Candidates for the position of:

Customer Care Transactions Specialists with Dutch/German/French/Italian/Sweden

 

CANDIDATE’S PROFILE

  • First experience in corporate environment is an advantage,
  • Good command of English – B2 and Dutch or German or French or Italian or Sweden – B2/C1,
  • Communication skills and teamwork,
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment under time pressure with multitasking duties.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Order entry and processing in SAP system,
  • Monitoring daily incoming sales orders, analyzing and resolving order issues,
  • Processing product returns, resolving price discrepancies and issuing credit notes,
  • Communication with Front Office and sales teams in the country you are serving.
