To our SSC in Poznań we are looking for:

Payroll Analyst with German

Responsibilities:

  • Delivering an accurate and compliant payroll for our team members and retirees in Germany.
  • Providing support internally to our team members, managers, and local HR Business Partners by addressing inquiries via phone, email and other methods.
  • Auditing data and check for completeness and consistency proactively.
  • Analysing root cause for data issues and update processes to eliminate these issues
  • Running regular administrative tasks on HRIS systems.
  • Analysing root causes of HRIS issues as they arise; working directly with the Human Resources community to ensure issues are resolved and root causes identified and gaps closed.
  • In conjunction with a global HRIS team, providing general support for HRIS systems migrations, upgrades, and enhancements.
  • Developing and deliver HR systems and process training to end users who may coordinate or process.
  • Developing and maintaining business processes and application documentation.
  • Supporting other Global HRSSC Team members where needed.

Requirements:

  • Fluent German and very good English
  • 2+ years of experience in HR, especially in German Payroll
  • Practical knowledge of German Labour Law
  • College degree in Human Resources or an Information Technology or equivalent by experience
  • Highly proficient in MS Excel and Microsoft Office Products
  • Highly skilled in troubleshooting of complex issues, has to work directly with vendors on that
  • Proficient in problem solving and critical thinking, especially pertaining to data and systems
  • Experience extracting and analyzing report data from an ERP system
  • Strong understanding of HRIS database design, structure, functions and processes and experience with database tools
  • Effective organizational and interpersonal skills including written and verbal communication skills
  • Flexible schedule to accommodate global meetings; may require some international travel (10-20%)
