With a doctorate in psychology, I am an Assistant Professor at The John Paul II Catholic University of Lublin’s Department of Experimental Psychology. In my research work, I address issues of the psychology of intercultural career guidance and psycholinguistics.
Within the framework of the scholarship, I analyze the cultural conditioning of the motor skills of small children and the career interests of Ecuadorian youth. I lecture on the subjects:
The Psychology of Work Culture and Organization; Cross-cultural Communication in Management; Management of Multiculturalism in the Organization; the Psychological Aspects of Employee Compensation and Assessment.
I have received the following scholarships: KAAD Scholarship (4/2003 – 9/2004) to study at
the Free University of Berlin (Freie Universität, FU) and the Alice Salomon University for Applied Sciences (Alice Salomon Hochschule, ASH) in Berlin; and the Prometeo Scholarship (2014-2015) to conduct research at the Central University of Ecuador (Universidad Central del Ecuador, UCE) (2015–2016) and Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Technology and Innovation of Ecuador (Secretaría de Educación Superior, Ciencia, Tecnología e Innovación, SENESCYT).
