The model of The Style of Creative Behavior (SCB) (operationally defined by the “The Creative Behavior Questionnaire”), McClelland’s model of The Need of Achievement (measured by “Widerszal-Bazyl Questionnaire of Motivation”: W-BQM), and Buss and Plomin questionnaire of temperament (EAS-TS for Adults) were used to study the factors of entrepreneurial success. The multivariate analysis of variance (MANOVA) was carried out to check the differences between two groups of subjects: senior managers (criterion group, N = 45) and nurses (control group, N = 60). The tests of between-subjects effects have reached significant level for three factors: The Strength of Ego (SCB), and The Postponement of Gratification and The Endurance (W-BQM). The discriminant analysis carried out for all variables gave 79% of correct classifications (canonical correlation is equal 0,62, p<0,01). The step-wise method was, however, excluded, because Box’s test of equality of covariance matrices reached the significant level.
The article ends the discussion about the role of the integration of personality in effective management end in innovative entrepreneurship.
