If you would like to participate, please follow the instructions below:

  1. Read about your rights and duties under the project in the Regulations of Recruitment and Participation in Activities Implemented under the Project Lublin Coalition for Integration 
  2. Fill in the recruitment documents: Declaration of Participation in the Project with Information Clause and Application Form for Activities. In the Application Form for Activities please choose those which you would like to participate in.

The recruitment documents should be submitted in Polish language version

 

If you have any problem filling them in, below you will find several language versions to help you get oriented in the original Polish-language documents:

Of course you can come directly to the Project Office. We will help you with filling in documents and answer all questions. Feel free to come at any time between 8am and 3pm!

 

 

Who can apply?

 

Person, who do not holds citizenship of any EU member state, and who stay in Poland legally. Here below are general information mentioned:

 

  1. a) foreigners in relation to whom the prospect of a stay in Poland can documented,
  2. b) foreigners residing legally in the Republic of Poland, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 12 December 2013 on foreigners (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2017, item 2206, as amended).
  • on the basis of the visa referred to in Art. 60 (1) (4-6), (9-13), (17), (19-21), (23-25), i.e.: visa number:

  • on the basis of a temporary or permanent residence permit, (Art. 195) or a long-term EU residence permit (Art. 211),
  1. c) who are children of the above persons (who are not EU citizens) born in the territory of the Republic of Poland. Other children are subject to the conditions of 4 (1) (b);
  2. d) who have applied for a residence permit for a definite period of time in an amnesty mode and are currently staying in the territory of the Republic of Poland on the basis of a passport stamp who:
  • have applied for a temporary residence permit (Art. 108 (1) (2)),
  • have applied for a permanent residence permit (Art. 206 (1) (2)),
  • have applied for a long-term EU residence permit,
  • have applied for an extension of a Schengen visa or a national visa (Art. 87 (1) (1)), in which the justification is in line with one of the following objectives indicated in Art. 60 (1) (4-6), (9-13), (17), (19-21), (23-25).
  • have applied to extend the period of stay under the visa-free regime on the territory of the Republic of Poland (Art. 300 (4)),
  1. e) staying in the territory of the Republic of Poland as part of the visa-free regime,
