I was born on 6 september 1979r. in Cracov. After graduating from the high school, I entered the Priestly Seminary in Rzeszow. On 29 may 2004 I was ordained a priest and for one year I was working as a parish priest in Jaslo.

In October 2005 I started my studies in Rome at the BIBLICUM University. 8 February 2010 I was granted a Licentiate degree in Sacred Scripture. In the meantime (from October 2006 to February 2007), I also spent one semester in Jerusalem, studying both Hebrew language and the archaeology at the Hebrew Uniwersity. Proceeding with my biblical studies I focused my interests especially on ancient languages.  While preparing my Bachelor (Licentiate), I also studied Coptic language at the Oriental Faculty of BIBLICUM. On 30 June 2011 I got another Bachelor’s degree from the Oriental Studies Department at Biblicum

Starting in October 2011, I had been working,  under the direction of prof. Philippe Luisier, Master’s (Doctorate) dissertation entitled: Il Proto-Isaia in copto-sahidico. Edizione critica sulla base di M 568 (sa 52) e di altri testimoni (The Proto-Isaiah in Coptic-Sahidic. Critical edition on the basis of M 568 (sa 52) and other testimonies). My work consisted of the edition of the coptic text of Proto-Isaiah on the base of the manuscript nr. M 568 (sa 52), which is held in the Pierpont Morgan Library, in comparison with other Coptic manuscripts and Greek text of LXX (Septuaginta). I defended my Master’s dissertation on 13 June 2014.

Since 1 October 2014 I have been working as an assistant professor at the Catholic University in Lublin.
