The list of cooperating reviewers

Starting with the volume 1(49) 2012 of "Studia Prawnicze KUL" the review procedure is as follows:

All studies and articles are reviewed by two independent researchers, whose affiliation is different from that of the editor-in-chief.

When submitting articles for review, the editorial office adheres to the principle of double anonymity (authors do not know reviewers’ identity and vice versa, it is a so-called "double-blind review process").

Reviews are made in writing and contain unambiguous requests for publishing or rejection.

When evaluating publications submitted for printing, the following are taken into account:

- the originality of work;

- substantive value;

- source database;

- cited literature and case law;

- a scientific research
