The scientific conferences organised as part of the activities of the Department of Law on Religion include the following:

- Reforma prawna w stosunkach Państwo – Kościół z 1989 r. [The State-Church Relationship Reform of 1989] (12 June 1990),
- Prawo wyznaniowe w systemie prawa polskiego [Law on Religion in the Polish Legal System] (14-16 January 2003),
- Prawo i polityka wyznaniowa w Polsce Ludowej [The Law on Religion and Policy in the People’s Republic of Poland] (26-28 October 2004),
- Funkcje publiczne związków wyznaniowych [The Public Functions of Religious Denominations] (16-18 May 2006).
The last three coincided with the National Convention of Departments and Lecturers of Law on Religion. The conference materials were issued as printed publications (Prawo wyznaniowe w systemie prawa polskiego [The Law on Religion in the Polish Legal System], ed. A.
