Explaining human behavior we use two intertwined perspectives: personality psychology, which focuses on aspects of the individual, and social psychology, which focuses on aspects of the situation. Our basic research in social personality psychology tends to explain fundamental questions concerning thoughts, feelings, language, and behaviors. We apply the lessons learned from basic research to work and organizational psychology, psychology of entrepreneurship, marketing psychology and other domains.
