WE-OTHERS: STUDIES ON CHILDREN IMPLICIT INFORMATION PROCESSING

Abstrakt. Implicit social cognition depends on cognitive as well as emotional mechanism. The latter are due to the social experience, leading in some conditions to inter-group prejudices. Data show the effect of in- group favoritism among primary school children. The article presents results of studies on children’ implicit attitudes with application of indirect measures (paper- pencil techniques and Greenwald’s Implicit Association Test).
