International conference: "Man, society and the state in an unstable world"

The international scientific conference "Man, Society and the State in an Unstable World" will take place at the Catholic University of Lublin (CTW-114) from 29.11.23 to 1.12.23 as part of the "Civil Forum" series.

Forum Obywatelskie (Civil Forum) is a cyclical (organised since 2016), interdisciplinary academic event with the fundamental aim of addressing important social and political issues and creating a space for the exchange of ideas and good practices. The Forum addresses current and exceptionally important issues. The formula of the event provides for panel discussions with the participation of representatives from the worlds of science, culture, law, politics, diplomacy, business, media.This year's Forum is held under the motto: "Man, society and the state in an unstable world". Consequently, the event will address current, multifaceted problems and crises affecting the individual, society and the state.

 

An integral part of this year's event is a Polish-Ukrainian seminar on "Leadership in Poland and Ukraine in the Face of War-induced Crisis".

 

The main organiser of the event is the Foundation for the Development of the John Paul II Catholic University of Lublin. The event is co-organised by the Institute of Political Science and Administration of the Catholic University of Lublin, the Doctoral Student Self-Government of the Catholic University of Lublin and the University Student Self-Government of the Catholic University of Lublin.
