How to apply?

Each applicant must be a student of a university with which the John Paul II Catholic University of Lublin has a signed and valid bilateral agreement. If you you have been nominated by your university or are interested in studying at KUL, please complete an application form and send it to us together with all required documents.


Required documents:

  1. Filled application form: application_form_incoming_students 
  2. Photocopy of your passport
  3. Provisional Learning Agreement with the courses you wish to follow at KUL signed by your Dean and the IRO officer; the list of courses you can find here: Course catalogue
  4. Digital colour photograph sent by e-mail. Please note that your photographs must be of good quality, full face and a plain white or off-white background

All the scanned required documents should be sent to our e-mail no later than by 1 July (for the winter semester or the whole academic year) or by 30 November (for the summer semester).


Once we receive your documents and you are accepted as an exchange student, you will receive an official letter of acceptance.


Important notice: Students who would like to receive assistance in booking a room (either in the KUL dormitory or other) are advised to contact the International Relations Office prior to 31 July (for the 1st semester or the whole academic year) and  prior to 31 December (for the 2nd semester).
