Studia Polonijne uses a double-blind peer review system. The author(s) of the manuscript do not know the identity of the two reviewers to whom the submitted article is sent, and vice versa, the reviewers do not know the names of the author(s) of the articles. Authors are asked to include the title of the article, an English summary, and the bibliography quoted in the article. The three above-mentioned items, along with the text of the article, will be sent to the reviewers when they are asked by the Editor to evaluate the contribution.

In the case of the contradictory reviews, the Editor-in-Chief appoints the third reviewer and the outcome of this review is final.
