The research staff of the Department of Negotiation and Mediation are founders of the Scientific and Industrial Consortium for Economic Security of Poland and they carry out R&D&I activities within its framework. The consortium is an environment of cooperation between science and business, created by an agreement signed by the following entities: Faculty of Law, Canon Law and Administration of the John Paul II Catholic University of Lublin, Grupa Azoty SA, PKN ORLEN SA, PGNIG SA, KGHM Polska Miedź SA, PGE Dystrybucja SA, Enea Operator Sp. z o.o., Generali Investments TFI SA, Foundation for Economic Security of Poland. Institute for legal and economic dialogue and analysis (Think Tank). The seat of the Consortium is the John Paul II Catholic University of Lublin (KUL) - Faculty of Law, Canon Law and Administration, and the works are managed by the staff of the Negotiation and Mediation Department. The aim of the Consortium is to carry out research to meet the real needs of Polish companies, to prepare educational programmes and to develop legal and economic analyses.
