Aleksander Bednarski works in the Department of Celtic Studies. He specializes in Welsh language, culture and literature. His doctoral dissertation, defended in 2007, was concerned with the representation of Wales in Niall Griffiths's fiction.  He teaches a variety of courses, including Welsh, Celtic Culture, and English literature. A comics aficionado, he grabs his nib pen whenever he can to doodle his own graphic stories.
