It is a pleasure to invite you to the International Conference "Recent developments of  civil procedure in Europe", which will take place in the John Paul II Catholic University of Lublin on 17-18^th October 2008.

     We are waiting for application of lecture (20 minutes) or short presentation (10 minutes), qualified in one of Panels mentioned below:

1. One Code for EU countries - common values, traditions and national divergences,

2. Access to court, right to be heard - development in European countries (especially group litigation),

3. Relation between substantive and procedural law (civil remedies),

4. ADR - alternative or future of solving civil cases - recent experiences in European countries.

     Official languages of the Conference are Polish and English. Plenary presentation in Polish will be translated into English.
