Head of the Department of Theoretical Linguistics   Research interest: the syntax of Germanic, Celtic and Slavic languages, the Minimalist Program, the syntax of predication, copular clauses, the syntax of psychological predicates,  the structure of non-finite clauses, overt and covert subjects, quirky subjects, parasitic gaps, ATB constructions, information structure.    Hobby: I enjoy watching football, and support FC Liverpool.

Zainteresowania naukowe: składnia języków germańskich, celtyckich i słowiańskich,  Program Minimalistyczny, składnia predykacji, zdania kopularne, składnia predykatów psychologicznych, struktura zdań niefinitywnych, podmioty realizowane fonetycznie i fonetycznie puste, „dziwne” podmioty, luki pasożytnicze, konstrukcje ATB, struktura informacji.

 

Hobby: Uwielbiam oglądać mecze piłkarskie, kibicuję drużynie FC Liverpool.
