S u m m a r y

In the text the author presents the main objectives of the change in the amendment to the law on petitions. The article describes changes in legal regulations to submission of a petition via an electronic form and facilitation that have a significant impact on the access to submission of a petition. Additionally, it proposes a legislative change to the possibility of oral submission of a petition.
