Tasks of the Section:


1. Handling of Erasmus+ Higher Education – Action 1 "Mobility" projects KA131 and KA171 (bilateral agreements, student departures/entries for part of studies, departures/entries for internships, staff departures/entries for teaching, staff departures/entries for training purposes, support activities for the organization of student and staff exchanges, promotion and information about the program);


2. Organization and administrative support for the departure/arrival of students, doctoral students, employees within the framework of other international exchange programs (Central European Program of University Studies CEEPUS, National Agency for Academic Exchange NAWA – Ivanovskaya, Bekker, Ulam programs, grants from the Visegrad Fund, Adams Fellowship Program – Nanovic Institute, Fulbright grant, German Academic Exchange Service DAAD);


3. Preparation and implementation of its own projects on the mobility of students and employees ("Mobility of Students and Employees" under the Scholarship and Training Fund, "Foreign mobility of students with disabilities and in difficult financial situation" financed from the budget of the Operational Program Knowledge Education Development (OP WER));


4.Elaboration and dissemination of information on offers and opportunities for mobility, travel, internships abroad (including its own website, contacts with employees, organization of information meetings, trainings, workshops for employees and students of the Catholic University of Lublin);


5. Handling bilateral projects;


6. Preparation of statistical data and reports on international exchanges for internal and external needs, e.g. National Agency, MEiN, NAWA, rankings, etc.;
