Review of European and Comparative Law (earlier as „Review of Comparative Law” ISSN 0860-8156) – has been published since 1988 as a publication which from the beginning issues articles written primarily in English by Polish and foreign authors. According to the title of the journal, intention of the editors is the will of presenting legal institutions in a comparative perspective.

The aim of the Review is to be a discussion forum in a broader international context. Due to this, there is also a possibility to present outside the country Polish juridical output.

 

Note to Authors
The Editor will be pleased to consider contributions provided they are not submitted for publication in other journals. Articles must be presented in their final form in English. Special attention should be given to quotations, footnotes and references, which should be accurate and complete. The submission of the text indicates that author's consent, in the event of its publication, to the automatic transfer of all copyrights therefor to the Publisher of the Review of European and Comparative Law.

The journal is co-funded from research funding provided by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education. Contract no. 711/P-DUN/2018 of 11 June 2018. Name of the tasks: 1) providing open access to the journal "Review of Comparative Law", 2) ensure the participation of foreign reviewers in evaluation of publications submitted for the journal "Review of Comparative Law". Duration: 1 January 2018 – 31 December 2019.

 

The quarterly Review of European and Comparative Law has been qualified for funding as a part of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education program 'Support for scientific journals', for the years 2019-2020. Contract No. 122 / WCN / 2019/1 of July 26, 2019.
