The goal of the project is, among other things, to enhance the competencies of students and PhD candidates in areas expected by employers, primarily analytical skills, through the creation and implementation of intensive international educational programs (50 participants, including 31 women).

This project plans four individual Intensive International Educational Programs (IMPK), including one online (lectures) and 3 in-person (laboratory workshops): (1) Interdisciplinary seminar on biological, chemical, and biomedical aspects, (2) Synthesis of biomaterials and assessment of their biological activities, (3) Molecular aspects of environmental medicine, (4) Biological and chemical parameters in assessing the state of the aquatic environment.

This project is a continuation of the Spinaker project, which was carried out from 2021 to 2023.

The proposed IMPKs are aimed at international second-cycle students and PhD candidates studying outside Poland, mainly in fields related to biological, medical, and health sciences (biotechnology, biomedicine, biology, and related disciplines).
