9.00-11.00 -Informational and organisational meetings for international students starting their studies at KUL – in two groups (Polish-speaking group: CTW-408; English-speaking group: CTW-113)

11.15 -11.45 – Informational meeting for Polish and Polish-speaking students concerning international exchange possibilities and the MOST programme CTW-408

12.00 -14.30 – International Day at KUL – Atrium of Colegium Norwidianum

• opening – Dr habil. Beata Piskorska, prof. KUL, Vice-Rector for Students, Doctoral Students and Development
• presentation of figures on international students at KUL

dance show (KUL Song and Dance Ensemble + an interactive mini dance course at the end)

• Kahoot competition (knowledge of Poland, Lublin and KUL) with prizes
• catering: buffet

18.00 – Concert of the Military Orchestra – film music, closing of the adaptation days,  the award ceremony

ACCOMPANYING EVENTS

• A field game to get acquainted with the infrastructure of the University. There will be in-kind prizes for those who complete the game and breakfast with the Rector for the 5 finalists.
• A competition for the best video/report from the first day at KUL or recap of the adaptation days –  prizes to be awarded
•  Photo booth with university gadgets  12.00-16.00
