reviewThe Review of Comparative Law - published since 1988 as a journal featuring articles in English, penned by Polish and foreign authors. As the title indicates, it serves as a forum to exchange views and provides a comparative view on legal institutions. It is also a platform for presenting Polish juridical output abroad. Since 2010 overseen by Institute of European Studies. 

 

studia-z-prawa-wyznaniowegoStudies in Law on Religion (“Studia z Prawa Wyznaniowego”) is an annual journal published by the Faculty of Law, Canon Law and Administration of the John Paul II Catholic University of Lublin. It aims to publish scholarly articles on the legal aspects of religious freedom as well as relations between the state and churches (especially the Catholic Church) and other religious organizations. The journal gives special attention to Polish law on religion. However, its coverage also encompasses issues related to the laws of other states, the legal regulations of the European Union and the international legal protection of freedom of thought, conscience and religion. Besides research articles, the journal also includes book reviews and reports of conferences dealing with law on religion.

The quarterly features publications corresponding to the fields of research conducted at the faculty and source materials for the study of law. It also offers accounts on the life of the faculty.

It aims to publish scholarly articles concerning canon law and relations between the State and Church. The journal gives special attention to Polish particular law. Besides research articles, the journal also includes book reviews and reports of conferences.
