  • handling business trips of University authorities to the above-mentioned countries
  • cooperating with the Human Resources Department on matters related to recruitment, employment and residence of foreign academic staff from the above-mentioned countries (including visiting professors)
  • handling outgoing and incoming mobilities of students, doctoral students and academic staff under the Central European Exchange Program for University Studies (CEEPUS)
  • coordinating recruitment and handling scholarships awarded by the National Agency for Academic Exchange (NAWA), i.e. The Iwanovska, Bekker, Ulam Programmes, Joint Research Projects - bilateral exchange of scientists
  • coordinating recruitment and handling Sacro Cuore University in Milan scholarship programme
  • coordinating recruitment and handling an Italian language summer course scholarship in Siena
  • handling foreign correspondence of the University, within the scope defined by the Rector and Vice-Rectors

2. Handling matters related to the University's membership in international organisations, e.g. FUCE, FIUC

3. Collecting and disseminating information on the internationalisation of the University using various information channels for promotional purposes

  • coordinating international cooperation and handling matters related to the recruitment, residence, integration and education of foreign students and doctoral students (non-degree exchanges of up to one year) and employees under bilateral agreements
  • drafting bilateral agreements
  • coordinating the stay of official delegations and visits of foreign guests from the above-mentioned countries
  • handling business trips of University authorities to the above-mentioned countries
  • cooperating with the Human Resources Department on matters related to recruitment, employment and residence of foreign academic staff from the above-mentioned countries (including visiting professors)
  • raising external funds for financing scholarships for students, doctoral students and employees, coordination of cooperation with institutions financing scholarships as well as preparation and dissemination of information on scholarship offers, e.g. Fulbright Program, Visegrad Fund, Adams Fellowship Program - Nanovic Institute
  • handling the University's foreign correspondence, within the scope defined by the Rector and Vice-Rectors

  • handling the University's German-language correspondence, within the scope defined by the Rector and Vice-Rectors
