Associate Professor at the Department of Negotiation and Mediation at the Faculty of Law, Canon Law and Administration of the John Paul II Catholic University of Lublin. In the years 1990-1995 he studied history at the Catholic University of Lublin. In the years 1995-1999 he studied law at the Catholic University of Lublin. From 1 October 1999 to 30 September 2002 he was an assistant researcher in the Department of State History and Law at the Faculty of Law, Canon Law and Administration of the Catholic University of Lublin. He wrote his doctoral dissertation at a doctoral seminar with Prof. Grzegorz Górski, entitled: "Legal situation of the Orthodox Church and the Orthodox population in the Kingdom of Poland and in the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth by 1795". The public defence of the doctoral dissertation took place on 16 April 2002. On the same day, the Council of the Faculty of Law, Canon Law and Administration of the Catholic University of Lublin awarded him the academic degree of Doctor of Laws. On 1 October 2002 he was appointed by the Rector of the Catholic University of Lublin to the post of Assistant Professor. Since October 2004 he has been director of the Ukrainian Law School. He was also head of several editions of Postgraduate Studies in the Basics of Ukrainian Law. From 1 October 2008 to 30 September 2010, he held the position of the Supervisor of the specialization in the field of Ukrainian Law, conducted at the full-time uniform master's degree courses in law. On 26 June 2012 he was awarded his habilitation in legal sciences (based on the dissertation "Legal aspects of tourism development in Poland in the years 1918-1939" and other scientific achievements). In the academic year 2012/2013, he was a member of the University Senate Committee for Science and International Cooperation (Subcommittee on Promotion and Cooperation with Foreign Countries). In the period 30 January 2013 until 30 January 2017, he was President of the Library Council of the John Paul II Catholic University of Lublin. Member of the University Senate Disciplinary Commission for Employees from 1 October 2014 to 30 September 2016. From 21 October 2014 to 30 September 2019, Director of the Institute of Law and Economics at the External Faculty of Law and Social Sciences in Stalowa Wola. From 1 November 2014 to 30 September 2019, head of the External Faculty of Law and Social Sciences in Stalowa Wola. From 1 October 2019, coordinator of Legal Studies at the Faculty of Engineering and Technical Sciences of the John Paul II Catholic University of Lublin in Stalowa Wola. Specializes in tourism law and history of law.
