Poland is part of the Schengen Zone established in the European Union. Visitors who are from countries who are not from a Schengen zone country that has a visa-free agreement with the European Union will be required to obtain visas to enter Poland. Citizens of more than 60 countries do not need a visa to enter the Schengen zone including Poland. Lublin Airport, located 10km from the Center for Lublin offers flights to Lublin from just a few destinations on discount airlines. Filghts are available currently to/from London, Dublin and Milan on Wizz Air and Ryan Air. 

 

Warsaw Chopin Airport, located in the Polish Capital and largest Polish city is 175km from Lublin. Warsaw Chopin Airport is a busy International Airport that accommodates both direct and connecting flights from around the world. Lot, the Polish National Airline has frequent flights to/from Warsaw as do all the major European airlines. 

 

Train: 

 

Poland is a part of the European Rail Network with reliable train travel throughout the country including to Lublin. The state railway company PKP (Polskie Koleje Panstwowe) operates the International and Domestic trains in Poland. Trains run approximately every two hours between Warsaw's three main stations, Central, East and West to Lublin's main station. (Lublin Glowny) Travel time is approximately 2 hours from Warsaw to Lublin.

The public transport service is provided by 13 trolleybus lines, 58 bus lines and 3 night service lines. Most of the vehicles have surveillance cameras installed inside for the passengers' safety.
