The research project "Tax authorities in the V4 countries. Common experience after accession to the European Union" is co-financed by the Visegrad Fund and the own resources of the John Paul II Catholic University of Lublin. No. 21420111.

 


The aim of the project is to conduct research relating to tax authorities system and their cooperation on the exchange of tax information and mutual assistance for the recovery of claims relating to taxes in V4.

The project will be executed in three stages:

Stage I

 

In this part of the project we will develop the analysis of the tax authorities system of the V4 and the newly adopted solutions for the exchange of tax information and mutual assistance for the recovery of claims relating to taxes in individual Visegrad Group countries.

 

Stage II

 

In this part of the project we will focus on developing a monograph which will be concerned with the structure of the tax authorities, cooperation on the exchange of tax information and mutual assistance for the recovery of claims relating to taxes in V4 countries. The book will be published in English and edited by the heads of Departments participating in the research project. The contributors will include academics from University of Debrecen, University of Trnava, University of Olomouc and The John Paul II Catholic University of Lublin.

 

Stage III

 

This part will focus on the presentation of the analysis made by each Department of Financial Law participating in the project.

The presentation of results will be made during a two day scientific conference organised in Lublin, Poland on 19th and 20th November 2015.
