Summary:

The article presents some selected problems related to the interpretation of legal regulations concerning public participation in environmental protection.
Particular attention was given to the more important terms related to the titular issue. It is important to highlighted, that doubts concerning the accordingly application of legal provisions in proceedings requiring public participation were also considered.
