W dniach 5-7 kwietnia odbyła się międzynarodowa konferencja BASEES (British Association of Slavonic and Eastern European Studies) na Uniwersytecie w Cambridge w Wielkiej Brytanii. Prof. Tomasz Stępniewski moderował panel pt. The Russia-Ukraine War and the Evolving Security Dilemmas in Central and Eastern Europe, w czasie którego wygłosił referat pt. A Shift in the Security Paradigm in Central and Eastern Europe: The Case of NATO’s Eastern Flank during the Russia-Ukraine War.
